1. WHY WE WANT TO START SWEAT IT OUT?
With all the get fit quick schemes and diet hacks out there, we thought it was important we both do our part to speak up and use our platform to help clear up the confusion surrounding health and fitness. We are here to help you understand your health better. We are here to serve you, to help you learn how you can lead a healthier, more fulfilling life.
Sharing our personal experiences is a key element of how we coach our clients every day as well as uplift the lives of others through our common struggles. Anthony and I are no different than you. We have our ups and our downs. Neither of us has had an easy road so far in our careers. We have built our businesses from the ground up and will be sharing plenty of stories on how we went about creating six figure training businesses. I feel, it is within those stories, that others find inspiration and encouragement. That’s what this podcast will be. Sweat It Out will be your source of inspiration and encouragement to get after your goals and change your life.

Both Anthony and I have over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry respectively, and have coached thousands of people in that time. We have found various techniques and systems that work to drive results and help you lead the life you have always dreamed of.
