Below you will find the appropriate weight recommendations for both beginners and advanced training abilities. Although it may seem ideal to go with heavier weight, I would HIGHLY suggest starting off with a lighter weight and mastering your movement before going with a heavier piece of equipment.
STEEL MACES (BEGINNERS)
MEN: 10 OR 15 POUNDS
WOMEN: 7 OR 10 POUNDS
STEEL MACES (ADVANCED)
MEN: 15 OR 20 POUNDS
WOMEN: 10 OR 15 POUNDS
MEN: 12 TO 16 KILOGRAMS
WOMEN: 6 TO 10 KILOGRAMS
MEN: 16 TO 20 KILOGRAMS
WOMEN: 8 TO 12 KILOGRAMS
This checklist was created in order to give you an idea of the equipment you will need to start your Movement Club Subscription. You will need at a minimum:
- One Steel Mace
- Two Kettle Bells → Equal Weight
- One Kettle Bell → Heavier Weight
